Ahhhhh, the come down!  After 4 days of incredibly tough racing, being amongst the action for the most part, here I am on Monday morning with legs that don’t feel like they were on the verge of cramping at the end of 150km yesterday.....

Here comes the finale

I don’t have a lot to say tonight.  The Redlands crit was sketchy today…I lost a lot of position at the start because I couldn’t clip into my pedal and that put me on the back foot early.  There were a lot of crashes and thankfully all of the Team Fly V Australia presented by Successful Living boys made it through safely.

Ahhh!!!  I am a little frustrated!  Team Fly V Australia presented by Successful Living Foundation worked their butts off today as they towed me around the 155km stage.  They were awesome….it was so windy – we were travelling at 85kmh in one direction and 20kmh in the other and the boys rode themselves into the ground once again to control the race for me….
